We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Milaluna as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
For International Customers
We are unable to do returns for international customers.
For South African Customers
Everything in our store has been produced to the highest standards, we do not anticipate the need for returns.
We do not do refunds, however we will repair or replace your product, free of charge, under the following conditions:
- If your product is faulty or damaged in transit from Milaluna; or
- If a fault occurs, due to normal usage, in the first 90 days from receiving the product. We caution you to be careful not to overload your hand bag and to treat it with love and care.
- We also caution, that with when opening the handle bags with the locks that you lift up the flap from the main piece of leather and not from the small area of leather holding the lock. This could loosen the lock.
Milaluna reserves the right to accept or reject a repair or replacement request.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, photographs of the faulty product, as well as a description of how the damage occurred.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether we accept responsibility for the damage.
We will repair or replace your bag and return it to you. Due to the unique manufacturing process of our bags it may take some time to have your product repaired and returned to you. We will notify you of the anticipated delay.
Please email us a copy of your postage costs - you will have your postage costs refunded to the original payment & purchase method or directly to your bank account.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
